This is really lovely and articulate! As someone born male who still doesn't quite know what the fuck gender means for me, I appreciate thoughtful and sexy reflections like this. I think Stevie is right--we don't "play" with masculinities nearly as much in our cultures here in the US and Canada. I wonder what stepping into my healthy, playful power will mean for me as I try to finish PhD studies!
