The word kink used to scare me.
For one, it seemed too taboo or even shameful.
It felt inaccessible. It felt too hard and too edgy. I remember being put off by all the dark colors of black leather, ropes and chains.
Nervously and with many moments of hesitation, I took baby steps into the world of kink. I discovered some things that I don’t like. And a lot of things that I do like. I also learned how pleasurable it feels to indulge your desires… and have your deepest fantasies fulfilled. It’s powerful and ecstatic.
From the beginning, I knew that I wanted to create kink videos for Himeros.tv. But I wanted to lower the entry barriers. I wanted to make kink accessible. And that’s why I was so thrilled to work with Fabio Motta, an artist who lives in Brazil. Fabio creates works of bondage art using gorgeous, bright colors. Instead of feeling scary, Fabio’s ropes feel enticing and beautiful.
